This is an extremely unfair business practice and I've never been treated so poorly at any other casino (as an Elite / Diamond player). :-|Īfterwards, the Reward's Center agent stated that she would contact the host team to see if they can help me.Ībout 5-10 minutes later, a Host member came up and provided me with a Sidewalk Cafe food comp. I also asked the Reward's Center agent when did that become a requirement for me to lose in order to receive a food comp (especially after all thousands of dollars that I had been losing on a regular basis at IN Grand Casino).
I was completely baffled by being denied a food comp because I wasn't losing that day! I was very frustrated by this very unfair matter. Then, I immediately asked her 'If I am understanding you correctly, I have to be losing in order to receive a food comp at this casino?' Reward's Center agent nodded her head 'yes.'
I asked to receive a small $20 food comp to the Sidewalk Cafe and I was told by Reward's Center agent that because I was up for the day (winning a couple hundred dollars), that she couldn't provide me with a food comp. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit.
